RAIN OR SHINE - ALL ARE WELCOME!!!   Raising money for "BOOTS ON THE GROUND" a community-based program to reduce stigma and racial disparities in access to opioid use disorder services. The Rise-Up Hour & K.I.S.S. Recovery 101 will be hosting this FREE community concert event to collect donation items & funding for Twin Cities Recovery Project.
