CARE is an annual event of community outreach celebrating national recovery month, bringing awareness on suicide prevention,
substance use and mental health. Prevention, treatment, recovery programs and services will provide resources to families, friends, and community members.

Keynote Speaker  Jeff Johnston, Founder, Living Undeterred Tour
The Living Undeterred Tour is a mental health initiative started by the founder of Choices Network, Ltd. Jeff Johnston, and his family. After losing his oldest son, Seth, to fentanyl poisoning in 2016, and later his wife, Prudence, to alcoholism in 2021, Jeff has dedicated his life to making a difference in the mental health and substance abuse space. 

We all have a hand in recovery. For ourselves, our families, and our community.

CARE is dedicated to providing the message that prevention works, treatment is effective, and people of any age recover.
