Join Gaudenzia’s Driving Recovery for PA mobile program at Sailors & Soldiers Grove, located at 531 Commonwealth Avenue in Harrisburg, PA on September 12 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm for a can’t miss Recovery Month event hosted by PA’s Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) with guest speaker DDAP Secretary, Dr. Latika Davis-Jones.
The Driving Recovery program utilizes a medically outfitted bus to provide greater access to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services in rural communities across Pennsylvania’s Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Schuylkill, Snyder and Union Counties.
Supported by our Outpatient Division and community partnerships, Driving Recovery for PA offers evidence-based care in different locations weekly to help increase Central PA access to substance use disorder (SUD) care.
Our services include:
- Assessments
- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Harm Reduction Services
- Co-Occurring Mental Health Support
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Peer-Based Recovery Support Services
We invite you to join us to see our mobile program in-person on September 12 and learn more about how we’re helping individuals and families break the cycle of substance use and co-occurring disorders in combination with several other community groups and resources--all hosted by DDAP. There will be free materials and resources available.
