Empower, Recover, Rise: University of Tampa’s Recovery Day Celebration
Step into the Grand Salon Room at Plant Hall for a night of inspiration brought to you by RISE, LiveWellUT, and The Office of Residence Life as we proudly present an evening dedicated to celebrating recovery and embracing a substance-free lifestyle.
We are honored to have Jessica Dueñas from The Office of Residence Life at UT as our special guest speaker. Formerly recognized as the Kentucky Teacher of the Year, Jessica will share her powerful journey of addiction and recovery. Her remarkable story has garnered attention on prestigious platforms such as Red Table Talk and NPR.
Come for the appetizers, stay for the compelling stories, and connect with community members such as The Phoenix, The Luckiest Club, and local 12-Step Programs dedicated to positive change.
Doors Open at 6, the event is from 6:30-8 PM. Hors d'oeuvres will be served.
